Adventuretimepieces.com reserves the right to limit quantity or reject an order at any time, without giving any reason. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of ORDER CONFIRMATION does not signify our acceptance of your order, only that we have received your order.
All orders are subject to availability.

Please note we cannot be responsible for costs such as: customs duties, VAT, taxes, etc... Since customs policies vary widely from country to country we cannot guarantee this shipping estimate. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. We must declare the full value of your purchase.
Privacy Policy
Adventuretimepieces.com will not share any information collected with any third party. We request information from you when making a purchase, as part of our order processing form. This is where you must provide contact, billing and shipping and verification information. This information is used for billing and verification purposes and to fill your order only! If we cannot process your order or have difficulty doing so, this information is used to contact you.
Adventuretimepieces.com uses PayPal to process your order. State of the art data encryption is used to prevent loss, misuse or alteration of your information. SSL encryption will encrypt the information sent from your computer to our payment processing service. In addition, internet fraud protection screening services are in place to protect your identity and your credit card transactions.
Return Policy
All orders, excluding international and special orders, can be returned in their original condition for a full refund of the purchase price (minus our actual shipping cost ($20.00 minimum)) or for store credit within 30 days from the date of receipt. Original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. The watch must never have been worn or sized. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are your responsibility. If you would like to make a return you must
contact us for a mailing address.
To process your return you must include a return form and a return authorization number. Please
contact us for a return authorization number and return form.
Please inspect your watch as soon as you receive it. Verify the watch is in perfect working order with no defects before wearing, sizing or removing any factory tags. All timepieces are brand new and should keep accurate time. Once the plastic tags have been removed or the watch has been worn or sized, it cannot be returned. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, there is a mechanical problem, then we will work with you within the bounds of our warranty to repair your watch.
All special orders or items shipped outside the United States cannot be returned.
Return process:
1) All products must be returned in their original unworn condition (with the bracelet, strap or clasp not sized). This includes packaging, manuals, protective tapes or plastics and hanging tags fully intact and never removed from the watch.
2) All returns and exchanges are subject to an inspection to insure that the watch is unworn, still with its original tags, plastics, box and manual, before a refund will be processed.
3) The order must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery. If the watch is a gift and you are in need of an extension, then please contact us prior to your purchase.
4) Returns will be credited in full minus our actual shipping cost (minimum $20.00). All special orders or items shipped outside the United States cannot be returned.
5) Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
6) Returns must be shipped by prepaid insured traceable delivery (delivery by UPS or Fed ex).
7) All returns must have a pre-assigned Return Authorization Number. Please contact us prior to your return for your number. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. Any return without the pre-assigned return number will be rejected. A return form must also be included
8) The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment.
Warranty
Since
Adventuretimepieces.com is a wholesaler and not an authorized dealer, the warranty is not endorsed by an authorized retailer and may not be in effect.
Adventuretimepieces.com will back up the manufactures warranty for up to two years.
Adventuretimpeices.com Warranty
Adventuretimepieces.com provides warranty service on all brand name watches for up to 2 years. Our warranty covers the watch movement for the time period stated and does not include watch case, watch bracelet, battery, straps, crown, stem, crystal or glass, finishes, or damage caused by excessive wear and tear or physical or accidental abuse, and damage resulting from conditions beyond water resistance limitations. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only with
Adventuretimepieces.com. Improper repair or service will void this warranty.
Adventuretimepieces.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of any watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, which may vary by country or from state to state. Shipping and insurance cost for warranty returns must be covered by the customer. All returns should be sent by prepaid insured traceable mail courier. The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us.
All warranty returns must have an authorization number. You must contact us prior to shipment for a return number. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without a return number will be rejected. All warranty returns must be accompanied by a repair form.
Please make sure to inspect your watch as soon as you receive it. Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape, make sure the watch is in perfect working order with no blemishes and that your are happy with its condition. Our watches are brand new. Once the watch has been worn or sized (even unworn but the tags/plastics have been removed), we cannot accept return of the watch. If after wearing or sizing your watch you notice there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under the bounds of our warranty. We will not replace or issue a refund for a watch once it has been worn (or the plastic/tags have been removed). We will not accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order before wearing.
Water Resistance
Water resistance is just that. It does not mean water proof. Some manufacturers have very specific maintenance requirements to maintain water resistance, which are not covered by
Adventuretimepieces.com warranty. Refer to the manual or manufacturer’s warranty for specific details.
Adventuretimepieces.com will not cover water damage after 90 days; unless you can provide proof the manufacturer’s guidelines have been followed.

Watch Sizing
Watches sold with a bracelet may require sizing. Adventuretimepieces.com does not offer this service. This must be done with the watch wearer present. Take your watch to a reputable watch repairman to have the size adjusted. Remember, once it is sized, worn or the tags/plastics have been removed, you may not return or exchange the watch.
